I knew it was time to give up the condo in A&M. Munchkin had graduated and managing from a distance was occasionally challenging.

A recommended makeover from Brittany Williams with TM5 was in order. After a quick inspection, new paint, new carpet and minor repairs from wear and tear put the unit in a refreshed state. With thoughtful staging of several rooms the unit outshined other comparable floor plans. Then Covid-19 hit.

Coupled with a regular outreach, comps of other unit sales and a sunny outlook, I was pleased when we managed to identify a motivated buyer in a buyer s market. Negotiations went smoothly as honest recommendations came from my realtor.

The rest was easy. A seamless closing, a thoughtful review and cheerful outlook wrapped up our family s College Station memories.

I would easily recommend Brittany and TM5 to others interested in purchasing or listing (homes, investment properties, farm & ranch) in the Bryan/College Station area.
