Pilates Central WM is a fantastic studio. The instructors are highly trained and provide excellent guidance. The classes are challenging but enjoyable, and I always leave feeling stronger and more energized. The studio is well-equipped and has a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend giving Pilates Central WM a try!
