If I could give a negative star rating I would. It has been nothing but problems since I started my service in April. The bins weren't delivered when they were supposed to be. They picked the bins up and when I called to have them back, they wanted to charge me. I finally got someone to schedule a delivery without charging me 150 dollars for new containers. I received my recycling bin a week late, and it has been 3 weeks without a trash bin now. This is by far the WORST company I have dealt with in my life! Their representatives are mostly rude, and have no clue as to what they are doing. They also rely on a division delivery service that closes at 5. The company has no way to see what is happening at division, so when you call them, they cannot help with any issues other than sending an email that never gets answered! Horrible horrible company.
