Terrible artificial perfume in the lobby. Gave me a headache. Very loud courtyard (could not sleep with the window open, there is a really loud ventilation system noise.) Waiters in the restaurant did not speak English. I ordered orange juice without ice and sugar. It came with ice and sugar. No problem, mistakes can happen. But when I explained, they took the juice back to the kitchen, removed the ice and took it back with the sugar still in the drink. Not five star treatment! Receptionists and waiters at the bar downstairs were lovely with good English. As a positive thing, I liked the quality of the food. Good choice and taste. Many gluten free options. Lots of fruits and veg options. Clean room, nice and big bathroom.
