Package was parked damaged next to the door, although we were in the house. When we left, the deliverer called out "Parcel".
Our signature was apparently forged because we received the message that H.G. B .... has received the package. When putting it down, cardboard paint was still applied to the house wall that was repainted 8 weeks ago.
Complaint Call was not possible because DPD can only be reached by phone with waiting times longer than 15 minutes. I no longer use DPD voluntarily.
