Bad service and delay is not normal, in the reception there are only 2 employees, despite the accumulation of the place and the mess in the service numbers, it is assumed that a laboratory of this size and fame employs enough number to serve customers to provide better service and unfortunately there is no supervision or administrative supervision on them to organize.
