Everything was excellent here, from the staff to the room and to the food from pool side. We checked in around 5 & our room still wasn t ready so Matt made sure to take care of us with a $30 food credit & $25 off our bill.

Parking was free but the garage has small parking spots so that was the only problem when driving a large SUV or truck.

Room was huge, with a massive bathroom, kitchen with all your supplies and a great view (14th floor with views of the attractions). We never heard our neighbors, even when sitting on the balcony.

Next time we are in Orlando, this is where we will stay.
