I ve been with Clearview for about 2 years. I renewed on 1/11 for a competitive rate. Spoke with Mercedes who was informative and very pleasant. Well, 2 days ago , I received a card saying I switched. I called them and again got to speak with Mercedes. She said someone must have hacked into my account and switched me to someone else and it happens all the time. I m a little concerned about this and what my rate and bill will reflect. I again verified my info and signed on for 6 more months with Clearview. Hopefully this issue won t become a nightmare.
