Most of the time I get good customer service on the phone if I want to ask a question about my bill or something else. I DID NOT the first time I called today. The girl was rude and Impatient and that was just the operator. Then I got in touch
with a representative from BCBS to talk about a claim question and she was just as rude.
I hung the phone up and called yet another representative. She was a lot kinder and patient as well as not giving me a bad attitude like I other female.
BCBS please screen your representatives and operators, the are a big reflection of YOUR company!!!
