I would not call this a department store, but inst...

I would not call this a department store, but instead, it seems like an excellent kitchen supply store to me. I have found something I wanted or needed each time I've visited. The only thing I wish it had that it does not to any great extent, are cookbooks. Instead there are recipe journals and recipe boxes, which perhaps reflects a clientele who like to use family recipes. Prices are good her too.
