Setup an initial phone interview. Didn't hear back from weeks yes or no to proceed for technical review. I have been in this profession for 25+ years. I have held positions of Manager, Owner, CTO and engineer. I have interviewed hundreds of applicants and used staffing services. This experience was completely unprofessional and borderline armature!
