Overall experience has been positive, but I do have some reservations about this property.

Pros:
-Downtown location
-Amenities (esp. gym and pool)
-Maintenance (exceptionally fast repairs and response time)

Cons:
-Very limited parking, no additional spaces for rent

Caution to federal employees and military:
I requested some assistance with rent due to the current government shutdown (a waived late fee). I received resistance and a lot of noncommittal communication (they basically didn t promise to work with me, and went on to say they might start the eviction process if payment goes past a week or two). Depending on how frequent government shutdowns become in the near future, I would just caution federal employees and military to avoid this property until they work out some official policy or procedure. Otherwise, assume they treat all payment delays equally.
