Sorry about those who give 1 star but I'm a beneficiary of the program. When i applied i was barely qualified. The market value of house was $340,000. Due to my income i was sold it for $180,000. But i still wasn't fitting the mortgage. I eventually got some free money from there help and got a mortgage for $160,000. . Today I'm a proud home owner. Thanks to restore homes.
