I've been sending tickets through Greetz for a few years now. You can easily add your own text to the card. You can also send cards abroad, the estimate of delivery is often wrong, but once you know that you just have to send the card earlier. Gifts are also nice, according to my sister the chocolate cake mix was super tasty.
