Usually the service here is good. Except yesterday when I went in to get a tire changed and for some reason the technician went under my hood. I didn t ask for any inspection and wouldn t even know they did one except they didn t close the hood all the way. My car doesn t have a light that comes on when the hood is open so of course I didn t know until I noticed it bouncing up and down while I m driving down the highway the next day.

Edit: they called and apologized for what happened and I haven t had many problems since.
