Went to my first Muay Thai class here at T.A.G. The coaching was great. They were patient and took time with me. The other students were very friendly and patient with me as well. It was an amazing experience. I wish I would have learned about this place earlier during my trip because I would have gone more often. I plan to attend TAG whenever I visit Sterling,VA again. I highly recommend them.
