THE WORST! Listen, I get that we're in the middle of a pandemic and that response times and delivery times may be slower than usual BUT if you have the time to proactively email me that my delivery will be late, the least you can do is respond within a WEEK when I query how to change the delivery address because I won't be living at that perticular address by the time you deliver! It doesn't take much.
