Dunsire's website has all the usual blah blah blah about how they "Do The Right Thing" and "Take Ownership" , but my experience with them is that they "Do The Wrong Thing" and "Avoid Ownership" when it comes to being good neighbors. Our house borders their White Oaks development and in order to get a fix for damage they caused to our property in 2018 I've called them 3 times and left 5 emails ; to their President , their VP Development , HR Department , and so on. Response from the Dunsire "Do The Right Thing " Team ? Nada, Nil, Zilch, Zero.
By the way, all these calls/emails happened after one of their representatives (since gone) promised us this damage would be fixed come spring 2019. Talk about adding insult to injury ! If you have to deal with this crew my advice is get it in writing because their word doesn't seem to count for very much.
