I did one of the online programs and I loved everything about it!! My chefs were amazing and knew so much stuff that I was impressed and motivated by them. I learned about so much stuff that helped me open my own Pastry business. I was scared of the online classes because so many say you can t learn anything from it but it was so different with Escoffier. Yes, it is from home but you feel like your instructors are there with you thanks to all the instructions and guidance that they provide! I highly recommend the online program!
