So because of Covid19, I called to find out what their procedures are. The lady at the front desk said they ARE taking walk-ins. I drive across town to talk up and see a technician at a car. I wasn't sure if I had to wait in my car, or come inside. So, I waited to see if she noticed me standing there looking at her, guess not. But then i got impatient and asked i needed to be in my car or not. She then says I have had to call first, which I did. And said that ill have to wait in my car.
Needless to say, we waited 30 minutes and I have not seen a technician yet.

Professionalism at its finest. My point was, I didn't get any instructions as to what I am supposed to do when I arrive. I DID let the technician know I was coming. And If you can't handle comments like mine, then maybe you don't need to respond to them. I stand by what I said.
