I booked at wedding block at this hotel, and it was the biggest mistake I've made in a long time. The sales staff is very hard to get in contact with over the phone and they don't do what they say they will. They "accidentally" CANCELLED MY WEDDING BLOCK!! Apparently they were in-capable of just re-booking the rooms for my guests because their solution was to have my guests email the sales person their information. When my guests did this, it took more than a month and multiple phone calls from multiple people to get a confirmation email. When they finally got the confirmation email, it didn't have a total on it and some of the rooms were wrong.They were told they could manually calculate tax and add it on themselves if they wanted a total. My husband went to the hotel the morning before our guests arrived to verify the rooms and they were still wrong.

When my guests finally arrived, there was a BLOODY-USED FEMININE PAD in the bathroom.

Seriously, go anywhere but here.
