4 service calls to fix the frige so far. 2 were no-shows. 1st service tech further damaged the frige and wouldn't call me back. LG shipped me a replacement part. 2d was a no-show and no-call. 3d service call fixed the frige for 2 hours, but didn't use the replacement part LG sent (took it with him). 4th service call gave me a service window of 8am to 5pm, was a no-show, no call back. Frige still broken. What's less than 1 star? I'll NEVER buy LG again. How can I make NEVER even larger?
