The nurses and check in staff were very nice and professional. However, I had to BEG for a cup of ice water and come out to hallway to ask to use restroom bc no one had checked on me for hours unless the heart/bp monitor set off an alert. The doc said "your bloodwork came back fine" when they never TOOK any blood. INspect what you EXpect with this place. Especially if you have insurance.
