I ordered multiple parts for the front end of my v...

I ordered multiple parts for the front end of my van and also for total back brakes. All the parts came in different boxes and the brake parts never made it. I had paid extra for them and had to make a separate trip for my friend to put them in. Anyway I called RockAuto and the person I got on the phone was very rude and NOT helpful. She said that I had to enter everything on-line. I couldn't get her to understand that I still wanted the parts and the delivery person said they delivered them when in fact they didn't. I called back and spoke to someone who handled my problem wonderfully. I received my two boxes with the brake parts and then a month later I received the original brake boxes so I called got a return sticker and sent them back. I will be using them again for our other car now. Thank You, Cheryl and Walter Olhava
