This is ridiculous. Me and three of my friends have been waiting outside for 37 minutes thinking it would open at 11, like it says online and at the door. But no, workers are slacking off and not showing up on time. Is that acceptable? Not in my book. How do u expect to make money if no one is even there? How do u expect to make money if ur closed all the time? I've been waiting and I'm not patient. Get ur act together. I think we should get free yogurt for a month or else I'm filing a law suit. Sorry. But I'm not sorry. U should be
