a rate increase of 8% is completely unfair and cruel to us on limited fixed incomes, we have all folowed your directions to conserve and use less of our resources and now you want penalize us with another rate increase, your ideas of use less pay more is insane to say the very least, and then to have a meeting tonight at 7:30pm to voice our concerns after you have made your decisions is wastefull let alone wrong, you the commissionlone should pay our rate increase for insane ideas and wasteful use of our utilities
