This was probably the best experience we have ever had with an automobile purchase. Our sales representative was helpful, knowledgeable, and made the process as pain-free as he could. We test drove the vehicle I was interested in and that completely won me over. All of the features for my vehicle were explained in enough detail to get me started with my new Highlander without being over-done.
