As an entrepreneur, I found Small Business BC extremely helpful. I spoke to a few consulting firms, and quickly found SB-BC to be by far the most helpful right off the bat.
I booked a Market Research Advisory with Mark Eversfield and from the beginning Mark was very knowledgeable about the market research of anew business.
