If I had the opportunity to show a lesser score, I would...

I wasn't in the vehicle (plate 463) yet what happened was not only uncalled for, it was silly as the driver was in the wrong.

I was at a light at exit 4 driving south in Nashua, NH in the outside lane to enter the on ramp (they were, obviously in the inside lane) when the vehicle took the turn wide and entered my lane. (The driver was not aggressive by any means) but was once again in my lane at this point.

When I passed said vehicle, I was greeted with high beams!?!?!

If I'm on my way out and get a driver like that, I'd be thrilled, but with no lights on that's not something my daughter (who will get her license in February needs to deal with as I'm pretty sure the actions of the driver doesn't change, much....
