I am an artist and I have stand outside Before 20 days they close payments for apply another lottery without any warning, they dont let me pay for next week lotary, now most busy 3 month I cant open stand... this is not my hobby this is my job, i dont have any mail for lottery this is my 2. Time, I try to pay my stad if u dont let me apply for lotary I have to open without permit, sorry... I have to do that, if I cant sell my art I will be homeless ... I am residents of Miami beach and there is still 1 week to rotary for next month I wish somebody responded me because nobody care there, they just say "we cant do, 3 people ask before u too" its mean 4 people victim here, if city hall dont care problem of residents, u should shame on u because I open company and paying tax for this stand now I have to close my bussiness 3 month ...
