From my personal experience with Crestmont Hyundai, I felt that the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The employee from Crestmont that I was working with was Joe Pelto. I felt Joe was excellent, did not pressure me at all, and gave me as much time as I wanted to assess and test drive vehicles. Ultimately, I'll say that between him and the rest of the staff, I felt very welcomed at Crestmont Hyundai.
