Got to speak with the service tech that worked on my truck.
Got a pretty detailed explanation on what transpired. That was good.
He sounded as he knew his stuff. I'm an industrial maintenance mechanic who wants a professional to work on my vehicles. Service advisor was also helpful. Good experience as I have come to expect.
