If I could give zero starts I would! Worst customer service I've ever come across. How asda manage to keep customers is beyond me! This is the first time I've attempted to go since the middle of August and now I know why! The staff are rude, ignorant, inadequate and I see absolutely no reason for them even being there. Letter has gone straight to head office.
