As a first-time user of this company's services, I found the setup process to be smooth and efficient. The equipment provided was of good quality and made our temporary church setup easy to manage. However, I did encounter some difficulties with the customer service department in getting my questions answered in a timely manner. The website was user-friendly, but I wish there were more resources and guides available to help with the setup process. Overall, the experience was satisfactory, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of customer support and additional resources for customers. I'll give it a 3 out of 5 stars. 🌟🌟🌟
