The communication provided during the refi process...

The communication provided during the refi process is absolutely horrible. I get a new email maybe every 2 weeks about another document I need to submit AGAIN. When I respond to that email I don't hear anything for another week or 2. I started this process in November 2015 and to date(3/30/2016) all i keep hearing is "Should be done soon". It didn't even take this long when I initially found an agent, got pre-approved, went house searching, found the house, secured a home loan, closed on the house, and got fully moved.
