I currently own a 2020 BMC Timemachine Road 01 One...

I currently own a 2020 BMC Timemachine Road 01 One, a 2020 BMC Timemachine 01 DISC ONE and a 2016 BMC Timemachine TMR01 as a rain bike. Due to a self-inflicted accident I had to replace my 2020 BMC Timemachine Road 01 One with the 2021 model. Lately, the handlebar tape and the saddle are no longer included in the frame set - ridiculous. BMC doesn't even want to tell me the manufacturer of the handlebar tape - for a bike with a total cost of approx. 14,000. Even my dealer is stunned. BTW: Just wanted two simple pieces of information from BMC in recent years. But the employees are incredibly ignorant, even e-mails to superiors and the CEO go unanswered.
