I recently visited Mackenzie Health Richmond Hill with an ailing older parent. From the moment we arrived at check in, to the time we left, the staff was simply great. Caring, compassionate, and thorough are all words that came to mind. It is never fun to be in the Emergency Department but I appreciate the care and compassion that we received from the staff.
