Be aware. If you are from out of town by plane, the staff will tell you that you can take it on the plane, but TSA considers it a gel or liquid. So our jar of bittersweet chocolate is now being served at the seatac tsa break room. I should have known not to trust what they said... salespeople want to make a sale. Next time i think of schocolat, i will just take $10 out of my pocket and light it on fire. Pretty much the same result but without the expectation that my daughter would enjoy it with the family. Hope you enjoy my purchase TSA.
