I really enjoy going to Pilates Plus of Bonita Springs. The instructors are knowledgeable and provide great guidance during the classes. The studio has a comfortable and inviting atmosphere, and the equipment is top-notch. The classes are challenging, but the instructors make sure to provide modifications for all fitness levels. I have seen improvements in my strength and flexibility since starting Pilates. Highly recommend!
