Poor customer service! I had a scheduled appointment at 10am and had to contact the sales rep to confirm appoint. I got a response 20 minutes later that they were really running late. That s understood due to the nature of appointments running behind. I then receive a text that the sales rep would be at my household at approximately 11:09am. At 11:55am no one has showed up yet. So i text the sales rep what s the status and yet no response. I had to call the company phone number only to find out that the sales rep visited another client. I have received multiple quotes for new pool construction and each company has been on time. I have decided to sign elsewhere.
