Out of all the management companies, this one actually answers their calls when others either have a voicemail system which they never call back or they simply don t answer. They have a very mom and pop feel to them but they get the job done. I ve dealt with all of the staff at Regatta and know for a fact that they work hard for their buildings. All the negative reviews come from angry, confrontational people who can t abide by rules and feel the need to bash a company who is only there to enforce the rules set by the associations they manage. Most probably didn t get the answer they wanted because sadly most are realtors and don t understand how a management office works or an angry tenant who destroyed their apartment and lost their deposit for their negligence. Do not be fooled by the naysayers and try them out for yourself. I guarantee you ll have a different perspective.
