I interviewed with the owner of the company and they advertised
NO CALL CALLING!!! This was the absolutely worse job EXPERIENCE, I've encountered. I understand that every company has to start somewhere, but goodness, you have things work out before you hire people to leave there families. A group of 7 started on the 5th of Feb. within 3 days we were down to 5 , within a week we were down to 4, shortly thereafter we were down to 3 with me, no longer being there. I made within a week 875 calls and i didn't get any sells nor did I speak with any customer, the sells trainer changed the scripts 4 times, the computers didn't work, we were training in a small space , the size of a closet or maybe a little larger. This company has the potential to be good, but they have a lot to do to get there, no one knows what's going on, everyone is misguided, I was told that I should've been coming up with ways to improve everything after I complained that the leads completely SUCKED!!! I warn anyone, that's looking to work for American Choice Energy, to please have a lot of money$$$, saved up and patience with the company because within one week only one person SOLD something. This isn't the company for people with sells experience, this is a JOB for people who's want to learn how to sell and can live off $10.00 a hour and no COMMISSION. I've posted this, because it's better to know exactly what you're getting involved in prior to making a final decision, because the employer will never tell you the FACTS!! So, please LOOK AROUND AT OTHER COMPANIES BEFORE YOU WASTE YOUR TIME AND ENERGY AT AMERICAN CHOICE ENERGY!!! They play on words a lot and make you think and believe PIPE dream. If, it's a good place to work, WHY is it that out of 7 people they hired on the 5th they're already down to ONLY 3 left?
