From the first part when I walked in the lady on the desk was very bland and kind of rude then when I went into the area where they checked the vitals and wait the man was very rough with my son and when he checked him for RSV and the flu he told me to put my son back to my chest and when I did that he shoved me back and shoves the swabs straight up his nose where my son held his breath and started screaming it was very uncalled for and when he told me that he was going to give my son Motrin he handed me the nozzle and told me to do it which that s his job not mine and then when I told him that you know this isnt a normal syringe that I couldn t do it he told me well lady you better learn how to So for one that kind of irritated me and then when I went to the doctors room he told me my son had RSV and said that he couldn t give him any medicine and I let them know he hasn t slept in 24 hours hasn t ate, throwing up And had a fever of 103 but told me next time to go to children s if he stops breathing or can t breath or gets any worse Which is 26 minutes away from where I live and with traffic is almost 45 minutes my son is six months old and come to find out the next day when I take him to the doctor he has strep throat and RSV so why is this er still here???
