Since time immemorial, the library has been running a very short time (Monday, Wednesday and Friday only in the morning, Tuesday and Thursday morning and afternoon, Saturday completely closed) and offers only a very limited number of books for consultation, which must however be reserved remotely in advance . There was a time in the summer when discos were open but this library wasn't. You go to a library like this to do research and to work, not to waste time: keeping it open should be a duty and not a luxury. Coronavirus is a problem but there are many other problems, systematically ignored, such as the management of this library which at least in theory should be an Italian excellence.
