Good news is until today I typically had great service. Nasim is wonderful. Bad news is I made an appointment. Pre paid. Drove 45 minutes. Arrived on 10 minutes early only to be told Nasim had to leave early...could I come back tomorrow . Unfortunately I could not. When I asked why no one had called or texted to let me know....all I got was a blank stare. Lesson...
