Multisoft / MarketPowerPro is a breath of fresh air from our previous MLM software company. They are a highly competent team and when we onboarded they were immediately able to resolve tasks that we had been working on for 6-8 months with our previous company. They have a ticketing system which is monitored 24/7 and we always receive very prompt responses when we open up tickets for tasks - they also have a phone line which is available during the week with highly competent agents if you need assistance which is another really amazing benefit. Their system has quite a lot of functionality to it and they're capable of developing your company-specific needs as well. Their entire team is great. Highly recommend - definitely worth the money.
