Recently we were at the Kitchener store to purchase furniture after we had moved from a house to a condo . It was overwhelming to shop for furniture after so many years but Jeannie made us feel at ease and suggested some options after listening to our preferences. As we were in the middle of moving, Jeannie gave us some design books and we returned once we moved.
She remembered us and with no pressure, showed us some potential pieces that would suit our new location. We purchased several items.
We will definitely return to La-z-Boy for their quality, selection and welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable staff.
