Awful customer service, had loft insulation and all they did was lie new insulation on top of the old to make it the bare minimum depth, they didn't remove any of the old even though it needed to be, also they have stapled plastic on the back of the hatch filled with insulation, so who knows how effective that will be or how long it will last. We use the space for storage and now it's unusable and all the customer services said was that's what the government tells them they have to do. I have four children two of whom are disabled and this is how we've been treated, avoid this company!!!!!
