The rooms are never clean carpets dirty....the a/c is moldy and humid... the bedding had stains plus burn holes / hole in the comforter what looked like puke stain down the side of the bed with a stain on the carpet like it never got cleaned. I stayed 11-12 days and ask for my sheet to be changed twice the whole time and they never replaced the same sheets. I know because there was a previous stain ( sheet was clean just stained like blood...i dealt with it ) on the first sheet that I asked to be changed. When they didn't I had to ask for fresh sheets that eve and change myself. When I removed the pillow cases it was utterly disgusting. asked for new pillows Then no towels one day had to ask for towel to be brought up. Then asked for sheet to be changed 4 days later...this time i placed a piece of scotch tape on the underside to just see...and it was still there...so I had to ask for fresh sheets and change the sheets again after working all day...I dont think its part of the sheraton chain because all the other sheratons I stay at are good to excellent. I will try my very best to avoid staying here at all cost in the future. I also took pictures of all the things mentioned and have been meaning to send them out to the appropriate people....i wish i could post them on here so you could see what im writing about...
