This may have to do with the fact that the company I work for and this distributor are very close business partners, but I have always felt like a VIP when I come into this store. Everyone seems to immediately attend to me and work very efficiently. They also almost always have what I need. Sometimes they don't have special lumber products, but they're not a lumber yard so I'm not expecting them to. As far as roofing materials and general building products, though, they always have a wide selection of things that the staff are very well versed in and can answer essentially any question you may have. Also, and this may be a somewhat secret thing that only certain companies are allowed to do, but they have an ice machine that they let you use for free to fill your coolers if you ask.
